The authors of this Handbook and CD want readers to become experts on family and community engagement. By using the information and tools in the Handbook and on the CD, leaders for partnership programs will be able to guide all schools—preschools and elementary, middle, and high schools—to organize and continually improve teamwork, plans, practices, and results. School teams will be able to work well with all students’ fam- ilies and with helpful community partners to increase students’ success in school.
